there's a heart surgery going on for a patient, so here goes. .

Doctore Ng: Can i cut open your chest and have your heart for experiment please?

Patient: Nope, unless you do 5 favours for me, haha. can you do it?

Doctor Ng: wahhh, i help you with your surgery still need favours one ar, so difficult. nevermind, i will.

Doctor din finished the 5 favours,
but the patient is nice enough to let him cut, since the patient dunwan to live, LOL.

Few hours later the doctor took out the patient's heart, full of blood, LOL. like duh.
patient die liao, LOL.

few hours later, when the patient becomes angel, she asked Doctor to put back her heart, so she can be alive again.

but, at tht moment, doctor ng has an old patient who has heart disease coming in too.
he went to attend to the patient, and leave the patient w/o heart there.
angel has no choice, her heart is not put back properly,
she is dead w/o heart le, LOL.
