Selamat Dua Month! (:
Im back yo!
sorry for the super long wait.
just didnt manage my time well enough to have ample blogging time.
pretty busy for the past month, but now is quite a relaxing period.
Fullerton suffering bad business, I think so are the other hotels.
recessionnnnnnnnnn.
Yi Jun is currently pretty much enjoying the growing up process.
Having a different pathway as compared to most of my secondary school friends.
Either JCs, Polys, or ITEs.
While me choosing a path towards a Pastry World.
As always, as usual, loves to do things with my pair of hands.
Be it birthday cards, handcrafts.. and all that.
How can I miss out pastries!
Something that you did with your heart & sincerity.
When the end product is out,
it's not a matter of whether it's very nice&amazing anot, to me, it's a matter of sincerity.
And seeing how wonderful it taste & look after finished,
it's a sense of accomplishment I've got.
Love.
but having a hard time adapting to the environment change in kkitchen.

Different pathway, different lifestyles, different thinking, different growing up process.
Went into the working world since 16.
and to the kitchen world at the age of 18.
A good learning experience, but got to admit.. "It's never easy."
Politics.. and all that.
Having to treat everyone with my heart & patience & others..
In return, I've learnt that in the working world, you cannot be very nice.
Im still learning, adapting, and observing the things around me.
Tiring, exciting, boring it can be sometimes.. That's life.
Didnt regret to join At-Sunrice, and to Fullerton.
Human Beings alwaes love to say 'What If's, including me.
But as time passes,
I've learnt to love the goood things that I've gone through & met, and not blame all the bad things that have happened when I went sunrice & fullerton.
Definitely I've lost contact with alot of friends.
but friends who are still as close, no matter how Not often we didnt meet and talk.
Thank You, thank you for making the effort still, to meet & talk to me.

let's start off with my end of exam for term 3!
a relaxing term, but sometimes hard to catch during practical.
It's mainly Malay Desserts, & Thai Desserts.
He's Chef Aa, come on!! He's the cutest, most adorable & humorous, and most sincere chef I've ever came across so far!!
End of our term 3 exam! Welcome term 4 baby! hahah!!
Im damn happy to go into term 4, currently in term 4 now btw(:
When I first stepped into Fullerton, full-timers somehow just started to go one by one.
leaving some of us behind, I must say I felt like shit tht time.
Until now, I still havent adapt 100%-ly.
And Maya, she just bought 3 cups for 3 trainees that time.
Felt so loved.
I took the black one btw!
HAHAH.
Maya is a very nice person.
Have an Annual Fullerton Staff Dinner&Dance the previous time.
First time planning the menu and all that, it's my first time experience.
and also the first for most of the other trainees.
It's a very rush process, tough one for us.
But it turned out just great on tht day. ^^
I prepared all this by myself.. Cut, Arranged, Decorated..

It started off with the open house at At-Sunrice in December 2007.
when I went with korkor to visit the school, and attended the open house.
and I came to know kor's NS sir, Sir Andrey Alif Ong. ^^
knew about this very 'quiet' guy and started to talk after that.
He loves cow, loves moo moo.
moo moo sounds so kiddy right.
My first impression was like, it totally doesnt suit the guy right in front of me now.
but I began to love how [moo] linked to this cute guy.
hahah.
the little gift he gave when we started to talk,
something that touched my heart, straight into.
Personalized First Aid Kit.
I wore the moo shirt on tht day, and we decided to take a picture infront of a Moo store!
Mr Andrey was surprised! ^^
It's a pleasure knowing him, definitely.
it was ever fun with all the rainy days we've gone through tgt.
how amazing it was/is, the first one is still the best at Keppel.
but never did I expect he's going to be the one, the one standing beside me in the future ahead of me, giving me all the support he could give.
It's a bless.

And the most thing that I cant believe is, we have the same goal in life.

We are having this Staffs' Children's party last month at the Ballroom.

Together with my school seniors, we visited the Tiger Beer Factory.
it's so freaking cooolshit for the bar they had over there, specially for staffs & guest.
a pretty interesting field trip, or you call it excursion during secondary school days.
but one thing bad is, not many workers, and it's kinda scary at night I believed.
cus mainly are automatic.
we have free-flow of all the different kinds of beer after the walk.
a 30 minute free-flow, drink until you KO okay!

3rd January
It was a very very quiet week for pastry kitchen.
Production list practically got less than 3 items to do, and we have 6-7 people.
everyone struggling, not becus of too much work, but too little!
the kitchen was damn it quiet.
but I hang on there for 1 hour, there came my 2 surprises.
surprises that made me cried twice.
pei rou (my ex CDP) and Mag came specially to see me! ^^
if you dont know, they already resigned.
pei rou resigned around june, and mag around october.
both are my lovelies.
10 seconds.
Within 10 seconds when I first saw them ystd, I cried.
Tears of happiness.
FYI, yi jun seldom has tears of happiness.
Even with my Ex-Boyfriends last time, no matter how happy I was. (or was I ever happy? LOL! jk*)

Today was pretty fun at Town after Eunice&me done with our tasks.
the time was pretty slow today, esp at the Courtyard.
business sucks.
i spent 3/4 of the time (2 hrs) at the pantry behind, no customers outside to serve at all.
